Senate Bill 656 signed by Governor Rick Snyder!

Senate Bill 656 introduced by Senator Bruce Caswell (R-Hillsdale) pertains to the Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC) pricing practices was signed into law today. This is the first time that pharmacy benefit managers will have to provide information to pharmacies about the reimbursement amount (MAC) for generic medications.
