Does Medicare Part D have you confused?

Pharmacists at all Nash Drugs locations are available to help you find a plan that best fits your prescription and financial needs.

Stop in anytime and they will be happy to explain how the Medicare Part D Prescription Benefit is designed to work and determine your approximate monthly expenses.  This is easily done by using a software program provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services website and knowing the medications you are currently taking.

Even if you are already enrolled and using a Medicare Part D prescription plan, annual reviews are extremely important. Each year the Part D plans revise the medications they will cover, change premium and copay costs and may even become non-existent, leaving you with a plan that may not provide the best coverage for the prescriptions you currently are taking.

.
Prior to turning 65 years of age or anytime you plan on going on Medicare,
be sure to call and make an appointment with a Nash pharmacist to review your options, so you will be enrolled and active with a plan when you need it.
